Komal

Director

Komal has always believed that children thrive when they’re given space to explore, play, and be truly seen. Trained in the Montessori method, she raised her own two kids with the same patient, curiosity-driven approach she brings to the daycare every day.

Her claim to fame? Every kid at her daycare has LOVED her food. She credits that success to her oldest daughter, the original “test subject” for many of Komal’s recipes and still the pickiest kid she’s ever met

Hetal

Teacher

Hetal brings energy, structure, and creativity to our program. She loves seeing that spark when a child learns something new — whether it’s counting to ten, painting a flower, or retelling a favorite story in their own words. With a background in early learning and a passion for hands-on teaching, she helps children build skills through curiosity, play, and imagination.

Mamta

Teacher

Known lovingly as Mamta Masi, she’s been part of Komal’s Daycare since the very beginning — and to many families, she feels like family too. Mamta is the heart behind our calm, nurturing atmosphere. Her patience, warmth, and gentle way with the little ones make her a comforting presence every child gravitates toward. She’s the hug, the soft voice, and the steady calm that keeps our days flowing smoothly.

Kaavya

Curriculum Developmer

Kaavya brings a blend of structure and creativity to our program. She designs each week with intention, incorporating Montessori principles alongside art, sensory play, early literacy and outdoor exploration. With a background in community planning she build a curriculum that helps children find the magic in the everyday as they learn about the world around them.

Each week, Kaavya also sends a parent newsletter that helps families continue the learning at home. She share questions you might ask your child to reinforce classroom learnings and also shares fun things to do together like go on a nature walk to see signs of Fall, or support the local high school basketball team during sports week.
